Answering this question is not easy, as it would vary according to individual skills and ability, previous language learning experiences, dedication and motivation for learning. However, experience suggests that in a non immersion situation, as it is learning in Australia 1.5 h a week, you will be able to have a simple conversation with native speakers and manage to perform routine tasks with confidence after a year of study. The more you practise the better you will get at it; Farolito Spanish Language School is here to support your learning from first steps to fluency.

With our Farolito ‘student’s only’ website Farolito Spanish-Nuestra comunidad you will have access to class materials, extension exercises and other learning suggestions.

If you missed a class you are also entitled to attend another one on the same week (at the same or lower level) to maintain the contact with the language (subject to availability, please contact us before attending a make up class). Missed classes are non-refundable.
