I couldn’t be happier with the classes I have taken at Farolito. It’s accessible, informative and lots of fun. I love the way the culture of Spain and Latin America is a part of every class, it keeps me engaged and wanting to continue learning. I had Sarah for beginner 1 & 2 and I loved her passion and energy and now have Jan for beginner 3 who has taken things to the next level. Really loving the class. For anyone interested in learning Spanish I highly recommend this school.

Farolito is an amazing school where the teacher make it so much fun to learn! Because of the small size of the group, we can have plenty of practice speaking and it makes it easy for interaction. If you are thinking about learning Spanish, I highly recommend it!

Farolito has excellent Spanish classes. The classes are taught in a structured way with a relaxed atmosphere. I don't feel like i'm missing out on anything by doing the online courses which suit me well as I live far from the city! Jan is a great teacher and I would highly recommend trying out Farolito 🙂

Living rural having Farolito continue to provide online Spanish courses has been one of the few good changes that have come from the COVID-19 pandemic, and I'm so grateful to the team. I've had a number of different Spanish teachers over my many years of trying to learn Spanish and Jan is easily up there with the best. Having a background in linguistics his knowledge of languages is amazing but most of all he makes learning Spanish fun. I can't wait to continue my learning Spanish with Farolito.

I am loving Farolito Spanish school. I have completed beginners 1, 2, and 3 and am signing up now for beg 4. It helps so much to practice my Spanish in front of other students and try to have conversations with them. It pushes me out of my comfort zone but that is essential for me to gain confidence. Ive been studying with Farolito for the past year and it has been wonderful, I love the flexibility of being able to learn with online classes and the teachers are so friendly and easy to communicate with, the groups are small and not intimidating and the teachers are so knowledgeable yet they make the learning fun and engaging. Syon neel- Farolito is the best Spanish school in Melbourne by far. Every lesson shows an impressive amount of dedication and care on the teacher's part. The price is incredibly low and the quality of lessons is high. I would recommend it to anybody who wants to learn Spanish.

Farolito Spanish offers engaging and fun classes for all Spanish levels! The teachers are exceptional, creating varied classwork and homework every week. The varied coursework ensures you develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in parallel. The class groups have always been incredibly welcoming and encouraging! Farolito language school is a fantastic environment to learn spanish. The teachers are highly skilled language teachers, helpful and know how to make learning spanish fun. I've been learning for a number of years and am looking forward to now being able to travel to spanish speaking countries and speak with the locals. The beginners class has been terrific. It has been interesting, challenging and fun. Our teacher Hector is a very capable, dedicated teacher. I am learning so much and will definitely continue with Farolita!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first term at Farolito Spanish school. There’s a lot of class participation to practice speaking and listening with the teacher and other students, which is what I wanted out of the classes. Jan is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher, he always has tips and tricks on how to pronounce and remember words, they have been super helpful. I have just loved learning Spanish with Farolito so far. Jan is such an incredibly good teacher – engaging, interesting and great at explaining things. Apart from picking up Spanish way faster than I ever expected I could, I've also enjoyed the 'new creative outlet' outside my 9-5, and meeting new people in my class.
