I am now in my second term at Farolito and I couldn't recommend it more! The classes are small which keeps the classes personal and engaging. The teachers are lovely and knowledgeable. Ive been studying with Farolito for the past year and it has been wonderful, I love the flexibility of being able to learn with online classes and the teachers are so friendly and easy to communicate with, the groups are small and not intimidating and the teachers are so knowledgeable yet they make the learning fun and engaging. No matter your age or experience in Spanish, I highly recommend studying with farolito!

Farolito has excellent Spanish classes. The classes are taught in a structured way with a relaxed atmosphere. I don't feel like i'm missing out on anything by doing the online courses which suit me well as I live far from the city! Jan is a great teacher and I would highly recommend trying out Farolito 🙂

The beginner classes with Jan have been great. Group size is small so it's quite personal. Jan is approachable and professional. We needed to have a few classes online due to restrictions and it was a seamless transition. I look forward to future classes at Farolito and recommend it to anyone looking to improve their Spanish

I had been using Apps to learn Spanish online and I realized my Spanish cannot be improved by just studying online as I have no one to practice with and no interactions. Then, I found Farolito, the classes are fun and easy to follow, great teachers here. Contents in the class are just good to follow, which can keep up my interest in Spanish.

I'm so glad I chose Farolito to learn Spanish. Jan is a wonderful teacher. He's kind, patient, funny and won't laugh at you when you can't roll your 'R's. Mirvic is warm, welcoming and so helpful! Together they make the school a really lovely place to learn. If you want to learn Spanish, this is your place! Don't be afraid to try it, even if your starting from scratch (like me). You won't regret it.

For me it’s been great learning Spanish with Farolito. The teachers are so energetic and fun, and are very keen for you to learn. And my classes have always been small which is very helpful. I’ll sign up again soon when the borders to the Spanish-speaking world open!

Farolito Spanish offers engaging and fun classes for all Spanish levels! The teachers are exceptional, creating varied classwork and homework every week. The varied coursework ensures you develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in parallel. The class groups have always been incredibly welcoming and encouraging! I couldn’t be happier with the classes I have taken at Farolito. It’s accessible, informative and lots of fun. I love the way the culture of Spain and Latin America is a part of every class, it keeps me engaged and wanting to continue learning. I had Sarah for beginner 1 & 2 and I loved her passion and energy and now have Jan for beginner 3 who has taken things to the next level. Really loving the class. For anyone interested in learning Spanish I highly recommend this school.

I have just loved learning Spanish with Farolito so far. Jan is such an incredibly good teacher – engaging, interesting and great at explaining things. Apart from picking up Spanish way faster than I ever expected I could, I've also enjoyed the 'new creative outlet' outside my 9-5, and meeting new people in my class. My Tuesday evening face to face Spanish classes are always the highlight of my week! The small class of seven other students is a great environment to learn a new language as I feel comfortable speaking to my classmates one on one and in front of the whole class. Jan is a fantastic teacher who uses his linguistics background to paint a complete picture of the Spanish language from the origins of words to the structure of the sounds. I’ve loved completing level 1 Spanish at Farolito. The classes are small and interactive. Jan is a great teacher, very knowledgeable in language and also we learn a lot about the difference of language in each Spanish speaking country. I’m looking forward to starting level 2 at Farolito.

Farolito language school is a fantastic environment to learn spanish. The teachers are highly skilled language teachers, helpful and know how to make learning spanish fun. I've been learning for a number of years and am looking forward to now being able to travel to spanish speaking countries and speak with the locals.
